Absolutely fantastic spot! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. It has great atmosphere, relaxed and stylish. Had breakfast, I’ll be full for the day.  Coffee is great, they have their own in-house roasting. Highly recommend!

Stopped here by chance while travelling through to somewhere else. What a little gem! Best sausage roll we have ever tasted and great coffee. Service was very good and really friendly owner. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service, very kind staff.Lovely ambiance. Sadly their coffee tasted horrible. It was really watery, bitter and tasted dirty. It's a pity because the place is nice and busy.

12/03/2025: Got a takeaway this evening via JustEat. The food was so nice. We ordered chicken bhuna and the chicken was so tender. This have become my favourite take out in Carlow Town.
17/02/2025: We decided to visit Shapla for my mom's birthday. My mom isn't easily impressed by food, but this really wowed her. We we're very satisfied with service their staff is very friendly, welcoming, and warm. As a person with a gluten allergy, they served us a delicious gluten-free meal. The place was very clean and tidy. Shapla has been really transformed. The best Indian restaurant in town. highly recommend!

22/03/2025: Very nice place, didn't have food only drinks but well worth a visit.
18/03/2025: Best place in town for a cocktail. However it can be slow to be served at times. But hey that's the joys of a busy nightlife I suppose.
