21/12/2025: I have visited 4 colleges in four different counties in Ireland and SETU Carlow looks the most modern and classy. Tidy and beautiful environment with a very welcoming international office. I recently graduated from this college and I loved the student experience.

13/11/2025: Arrived at the University after a long journey from Belfast with a group of passengers in the course of my employment as a bus driver, and found the staff at reception to be quite possibly the most helpful and cordial folks I've ever encountered. Having asked them with some reservations if they could charge my phone - given it's not a request that too often results in a positive outcome in Belfast, respectively - I was somewhat surprised, yet, delighted to find that they were more than happy to afford me the use of their mains plug and charger at the desk. Whilst even offering me to take a loan of it. Nonetheless, I charged my phone at reception which enabled me to go on my merry way with a fully charged phone to safely guide me, back to rain swept Belfast - compliments of Google Map.
