Neon in Dublin

First time here and we really enjoyed it. We had the vegetable spring rolls for starter and then the massaman curry with rice, and crispy honey beef with egg fried rice. The service was super quick. And you get complementary ice cream with every dish. The restaurant is well located and they have take away options too. Will be back!

Food is reasonably priced for Dublin. Nice atmosphere, shared tables. Only negative was the smell of sewage coming from their storeroom when they had the door open. (This door is in the middle of the restaurant)

Good food and good vibes. We tried the Tom kha soup, the pad-Thai as well as the spring rolls and it all tasted good. The spring rolls were a bit too oily for my taste but still the taste was good. You get to make your own ice cream cone at the end which is a great add.

Food was great! All dishes were very tasty!

It’s a great place! Lovely and very tasty foods. It looks like a small amount but it’s really filling. We arrived on a Saturday evening (without a reservation), and we got a table in like 15 minutes. And the free ice cream was delicious too ☺️

They have a very comprehensive allergen menu available to look at. I cannot eat gluten and was able to eat here without any tummy aches after. The green curry is delicious and hits the spot. It is also great because it comes with a small cup to serve yourself ice cream.

Loved this spot for their great value lunch but in recent times the choice has shrunk from a choice of any main course from their extensive menu to a short list of dishes based on chicken or vegetarian only. Amount of chicken has shrunk considerably too. Still a good place especially for a family or group to get a reasonably priced meal - €12 lunch deal including a soft drink and ice cream cone until 4pm weekdays - but manage your.expectations if you knew it pre covid.
