Woman at Reception very accommodating and helpful on our short notice booking. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay. The house and room itself was immaculate and the ability to be catered for an early continental breakfast(07:00) was fantastic.

Absolutely amazing. Just had mothers day lunch there and it was fabulous. Lots of choice on the menu and all at a very reasonable price. The house itself is stunning and the gardens are well laid out and should look amazing when in full bloom. The staff are so friendly and professional. They are there to make your experience as pleasant as possible in every way. Overall I highly recommend them for functions and weddings. Excellence is the standard they provide.

Gorgeous and the food, incredible!!!!!

From a photographers perspective newbay house is a gold mine for wedding photography. You will be spoiled for choice when it comes to the couple photo session, with a verity of vibrant and elegant interior followed by stunning grounds ( great for outdoor ceremony aswell). My personal favorite part of Newbay house is the light tunnel they have in their gardens. It makes for truly unique and breathtaking photos. Amazing staff, great food and stunning all around venue. We got married in Newbay just over 2 months ago and we honestly cannot fault a single thing, it ran absolutely perfectly. The venue itself is amazing but the staff are the absolute best. The Manager, Maria, is the most professional, helpful person I think we’ve ever come across anywhere. Nothing we asked was too much trouble. Maria always kept in regular contact with us and was so accommodating in assisting us with any queries or ideas we had. We also got great guidance from Rachel and Tracie throughout the year we were planning our wedding. All the staff were amazing over the weekend too. The food was absolutely amazing all weekend. We met with Paul, the head chef, at our tasting and he was so helpful in putting our menu together. Each course was perfect. We also had Day 2 at Newbay and opted for a BBQ and every single guest was raving about it (including the vegetarians). We are so happy we chose Newbay, if our marriage is as good as our wedding we’ll be laughing. We’re just sad we don’t get to do it again!

At a wedding on Thur, everything perfect

Our daughters brought us here today for a festive afternoon tea. It was fabulous. Loads of food and everything tasted delicious. Very reasonably priced. Catered well for allergies. Staff are super attentive and helpful. We’ll definitely be back.
