Wonderful cafe, both the lady and gent were very friendly and helpful. Had one of the specials, massive portion and very reasonably priced. Would recommend.

05/11/2025: Lovely atmosphere, superb service and great food... That about sums it up! If you're anywhere near Knock or in that area, it's worth the 10-15 minute drive to Ballyhaunis. This was our second visit and we wouldn't think of eating or going anywhere else if we want a night out or a few hours just enjoying the atmosphere of Val's Bistro. Would definitely recommend.
