Unfortunately, we arrived quite late, so most of the stuff were gone. We tried the pain suisse, hazelnut croissant and coofee and as expected, they were nice! But since we were late, the pastries had gone cold and slightly affected the experience of savouring it. The prices were decent too, in comparison to the bakeries in Dublin cities.
Amazing. The azelnut croissant was delicious.

Coming to this establishment has been a dream in the making for months now, ever since I saw their award winning chocolate hazelnut croissant and demanded that I MUST try it. As somewhat of a croissant connoisseur, it takes a lot to impress me, especially since a similar popular numbered Dublin bakery has disappointed me in the lastβ¦. Anyways, on a crisp December morning we decided to take the plunge and make the difficult journey by the icy M50 at the crack of dawn. We waited with the other hungry members of the community prior to the bakery opening up her golden gates and welcoming us inside. Coming from the cold environment outside, upon entry we were inundated with the warmth of the ovens and pleasant aroma of bread in the air. The selections were vast, each more tempting that the last, but we decided upon the chocolate hazelnut croissant, the pain suisse and the pistachio, white chocolate a berry danish. We also decided to pair our fancies with a coffee, a mocha and an oat cappucino. Upon the first sip, we knew that what was in store was a beautiful coffee, and arguable the best mocha ever, with a divine combination of sweetness and richness of chocolate thatβs hard to find a balance. For our laminated luxuries, we began with of course, the heroed hazelnut pain au chocolat. The hazelnut brittle on the top incorporates whole hazelnuts, which are also sandwiched in the midst of the pastry as well in the form of a frangipane. The chocolate had a splendid depth of flavor, and coupled with the sweet hazelnuts and butter dough, I can finally say with certainty that the best pastry ever made has passed my lips. The pistachio, raspberry and white chocolate pastry was also phenomenal, using the classically underutilized but still sumptuous pistachio in both nut and cream form, balanced by the tart berries within for an experience Iβm glad Iβve risked my life for on the slippery roads. As the sun rose, my belly was full and while times may be tough in these cold winter months, for the first time in a while, I felt hope and a light at the end of the tunnel, in the form of the light from the ovens which produced these holy croissants. Will 100% be back and thank you for the experience of a lifetime.

This is probably the best place for pastries I have ever tried. The white chocolate raspberry and coconut croissant is probably being delivered straight from heaven. This place deserves all the attention. The cappuccino is top notch as well.
