29/03/2026: The spice bag was a bag or rice. It tasted like rank raccoon poo. I paid €9.50 for a Joyous Garden spice bag and got a bag of cold rice.

06/12/2025: I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at this store. Although the products are excellent and the selection is wide, the overall environment and the lack of customer care from the staff were very disappointing. There were not enough staff available, and I had to wait an unreasonably long time for assistance at the self-checkout. As a result, I was charged significantly more than the amount displayed on the price tag. I scanned a yellow reduced-price label, but the system charged me the full regular price. I waited for approximately 15 minutes, yet no one attended to me. This made shopping at your store quite discouraging.

11/08/2025: Yesterday around midday, I went in for a breakfast option. I specifically ordered and paid for a roll, but I was given a burrito instead. When I saw the staff member preparing it, I mentioned that I had ordered a roll, but she replied that it was already made and handed it to me anyway. Even though the food itself was nice, it’s very frustrating to pay for one thing and be given something completely different. It’s not acceptable to tell the customer to take what the staff decides, especially when it’s not the customer’s order. The worst part is that the order wasn’t even for me, so it was wasted. This kind of service leaves a bad impression, no matter how good the food is.

03/05/2026: Ordered 5 Taco chips, they took an hour to be delivered, they were cold and soggy with no taco sauce, worst Taco chips ever, I have ordered from here so many times and I can say last three times it's gone down hill, it's not good enough, I will never order from here again! Don't waste your hard earned money people, Avoid, go elsewhere and get value and quality for your money!
