04/07/2026: Probably one of the nicest coffees I've had in a long while and under €4! Cakes are nice too!! But the coffee rocks.... I'll be back

09/06/2026: I've been a regular here for a while now, and there's a lot to love — the food is genuinely premium quality, the taste is consistently excellent, and while the prices reflect that, you get what you pay for. That said, I do have one gripe that keeps this from being a five-star experience: the tip culture. I've personally noticed a visible difference in how staff interact with customers depending on whether a tip is given or not — and that's a little uncomfortable. For a takeaway order where there's no table service involved, the expectation to tip feels misplaced. The quality of service shouldn't hinge on a discretionary gratuity, especially in a counter-service setting. Overall, a great bakery with outstanding products — but the experience would be much more welcoming if every customer was treated equally, regardless of tipping.

02/08/2026: Went down after the air show with the girls ,felt a bit peckish,so I stopped into this place called ‘the strand’ ,was a bit busy,but was met with our lovely server muireann (was lucky enough to get her name!) ,she was absolutely lovely,quick service and kept up a positive attitude,despite the busy and stressful environment, top class waitress!

Service: The staff are incredibly friendly, efficient, and always serve with a smile, even during the busy morning rush. Final Verdict: If you find yourself in Rush, a stop at Adam & Eve is an absolute must. It is a brilliant cafe that perfectly pairs top-tier coffee with a warm, welcoming local vibe. Highly recommended for a perfect weekend treat or a daily pick-me-up.

28/07/2026: I’m pregnant and had been craving lasagna. My husband called the restaurant to ask about ordering takeaway, and he was told that orders couldn’t be placed over the phone and that he would have to come to the restaurant to order in person. After he arrived and placed the order, he waited for 15 minutes before being told that they wouldn’t make the lasagna for takeaway and that it was only available for dine-in. If that was the policy, they should have told him before asking him to come to the restaurant. Instead, they made him travel there and wait 15 minutes just to refuse the order. It was a complete waste of time and a very disappointing experience.

19/07/2026: Amazing cakes, great attention to detail, they dont just look fabulous the flavours and taste are next level. Highly recommend
