The Little Chip Inn in Rush

I ordered food here through an app. Food was ready for collection in 10 mins. Sounds good. Went to collect my food. Wasn't ready. Fine, I don't mind waiti ng a few mins. Wasn't even started. Very annoying. Had to wait at least 15 more minutes to get my order. If this was a once off, fair enough. But has happened before. What's the point in ordering in advance if food is not going to be there when you come to collect it!
