We had the Mushroom Karaage which was one of the most delicious starters I have had in my entire life. On the other hand the vegan ramen was not very flavory and the ingredients were few and a little uninteresting. You could add more ingredients as an extra but they were a little pricy.
Perhaps the experience with the meat based ramen is better, but I wouldn't recommend it as a vegetarian/vegan.

The San Diego Ramen is amazing!! I've tried many other Ramens in Dublin but this one in particular is very good!!! One tip: order the extra tofu on the side, which is one of the best breaded tofu I've ever had. When I'm in the mood for Ramen, I don't go anywhere else but Nomo's. The restaurant could do with a little improvement in the decor, but the food, which is what matters, is very good!

The food was really good. I enjoyed the outdoor sitting. I liked that the noodles were not fully cooked when we got them, so they cooked as we ate. The broth was nicely seasoned.

Just got back from Japan, still high on ramen dreams and Shinkansen-speed nostalgia, so naturally, I craved some noodly goodness with my crew. Did some online recon, found this place hailed by local ramen whisperers, and thought—boom, mission accepted.
They don’t do bookings. That's right—no reservations. Just vibes. So I had to channel my inner ninja and show up early. Thankfully, we rolled in at 5:40pm and BAM—table secured, no queue, no jutsu.
We ordered:
Me: Chicken Ramen (aka Soul Soup)
Friend: Chicken Katsudon with rice (aka The Crispy Conundrum)
Staff? Super nice. Pretty sure the shift manager was straight from Japan—dropped some quality banter with me, which scored them +10 charisma points.
Now, the ramen... sigh.
Let’s just say if you’ve been to Japan and your taste buds have seen the promised land, this broth was... not it. Bland. Soulless. Like the live-action Death Note. No seasoning. No umami. Just hot disappointment in a bowl. The chicken was decent though; solid side character energy.
Other fun facts:
One tiny lavatory. So if nature calls, you’re in for a bathroom boss battle.
Table water? Not free. Yeah, they charge €1 for H2O. What is this, Evian blessed by monks?!
Card only. No cash. No coins. No bartering with your soul. But hey, you can split the bill, so there's that.
Final verdict:
If you’re craving that real Japan ramen magic, you’ll be disappointed faster than I get kicked out of sushi bars. But if you’re cool with average noodles and a solid vibe, it’s... fine.
3 outta 5 noodles. Would slurp again only under mild peer pressure.

Very flavourful chicken broth, but it wasn’t warm enough, the broth got cold quick and I couldn’t enjoy it fully

I recently visited this ramen spot, and overall, it was okay. The ramen isn’t quite the traditional Japanese style and it felt more like a local take on it, but it was still decent. One thing I noticed was that the soup wasn’t very hot. It was warm, but not steaming or hot enough to really enjoy the full flavor.
The glass I got had a slight smell, kind of like egg yolk, which made me wonder if it had been properly cleaned. Also, just a heads-up for others, they don’t serve tap water, and filtered water costs €1.
