I’ve been coming here for years since it opened. One of the better places to get a Ramen in Dublin. They’ve definitely improved overtime. And adding new dishes is good to see. The kimchi Ramen is great.

I visited this restaurant yesterday for a post-work dinner with my colleagues. One of the girls had chosen it after seeing good recommendations on TikTok, so we were excited to try it. When we arrived, we noticed that while they offered a vegetarian menu, there were no gluten-free options available, which was disappointing for me as someone with celiac disease.
I personally find it stressful to change restaurants once we are already seated, so I decided to stay and order whatever I could from the menu that didn’t contain gluten. In most Asian-style places, I can usually rely on simple dishes like rice and vegetables, and even though I’m aware that cross-contamination might occur, I sometimes choose to take that risk—but it’s important for me to make that decision knowingly.
What surprised me was that the server didn’t seem fully informed about gluten, and I wasn’t offered any suitable recommendations. I ended up ordering separate sides—just a portion of rice, caramelized onions, and spinach. The spinach even arrived cold. It would have been nice to have at least one complete dish, such as a bowl of rice with sautéed vegetables or a non-breaded chicken option.
On a positive note, my colleagues enjoyed their ramen very much, and the place itself is small but cozy. Still, it’s surprising that a restaurant today would have no clear options for people with dietary restrictions. I’m not expecting a full gluten-free menu, but having at least a couple of simple, safe recommendations would make a big difference. It would allow guests like me to enjoy dinner alongside everyone else without feeling left out.
I hope the restaurant can consider expanding their options in the future, or at least training staff to better assist customers with dietary needs. The atmosphere is pleasant, and with a few adjustments, it could be a much more inclusive place to dine.

It smells delicious as soon as you walk inside. The menu is simple, with a nice selection of ramen, both with and without broth. There are no bookings, so wait time is sort, as the food is served quickly.

This is by far some of the best Japanese in Dublin at this price point. I’ve eaten here once every 2-3 weeks for a couple of years now. The OG ramen is really good. The shoyu is also good. The mazemen is described as soup-less, but it’s more so just less of a more concentrated soup. The fried chicken is fantastic, as are the gyoza and bao buns. Toss up between here and the Ramen Bar for best ramen in Dublin. This spot is maybe more of a lunch vibe.
