Nomo Ramen in Dublin

I went to a popular ramen restaurant in Ireland. I was surprised by the number of female customers, probably because of the stylish atmosphere inside the restaurant. I think it's on the delicious side for European ramen!

I tried Nomo Ramen because I was tired of pubs and sandwiches. A very pleasant experience! I had an appetizer to share of fried mushrooms with a mayonnaise-based sauce REALLY GOOD! Then a vegan ramen that was also very appreciated. The only flaw is that the place is unfortunately small so you can't always find a table! The service was very fast except that we were informed once seated that for dinner you have to spend at least €16 per person and not having read it anywhere we were a bit surprised since my boyfriend didn't want to eat much because he wasn't well. Love the broth but the noodle not so much, but it really depends on personal preference, for me I like softer noodle instead of firm ones. Not too spicy (karai og ramen) which is good for people with low spicy tolerance.

Has really great vegan options! The food felt fresh and tasted amazing. The mushroom karaage was a tasty small appetizer plate (though actually rather large). My boyfriend got their special Carbonara mazemen and loved it! I got the vegan mazemen and enjoyed every bite.
