Nomo Ramen in Dublin

Very tasty and good sized portion.

Good ramen, not very large portion and very thin pieces of meat. All good and friendly staff. Fast service.

Had the best ramen of my life here last night, a special with duck; the broth was unreal, noodles perfectly firm, I will be comparing all future ramen to this one

We had ramen here 2 years ago and it was perfect. But this time was different. Not quite happy when we left. Their ramen is still good but not great. The slices of meat were very thin and little burnt, and the broth tasted a bit bitter(probably coz of the burnt meat?) and heavier. The noodles were very firm i understand that a lot of people enjoy firm noodles but this time was very firm. The new staff weren’t as friendly and welcoming as before. Nothing special about the service, didn’t ask if everything was ok they just took the order and served the food with no smile and it was a quiet lunch time. We’d still visit because nomo ramen is unique, hopefully next visit will be better.

Great ramen restaurant, a variety of different ramen available with different broths and toppings. We liked the spicy chicken in particular, as well as the starters such as chicken and mushroom karaage.

Good Ramen spot! My only recommendation would be to provide condiments on the table for added flavor preferences such as hot sauce, etc.

I actually don’t get the hype since the food here just tastes so-so. The ramen is warm and soothing, but when it comes to the taste, in my opinion, there are other restaurants offering better ones. Nevertheless, the staff are very warm and accommodating. They even gave us free chocolates after paying the bill! 🩷

As someone from Japan, it was pretty average. Nothing out of the ordinary but I can understand why it's popular in Dublin. I ordered the yuzu shoyu ramen, but a hint more of the yuzu would have been better. Also the chicken could have been more juicy... it was a little dry & bland. In addition, I think the noodles were cooked too long - it was a bit too soft for my taste.

Amazing ramen and service! I’m not a big fan of high chairs, but it’s quite nice to see the world pass by when you’re alone by the window.
