We recently dined at Sabatini in Lucan and had a lovely experience overall. The food was good—fresh, flavorful, and well-presented. Each dish delivered on taste, making for a satisfying meal. What truly stood out, though, was the service. Despite being visibly understaffed, with only two ladies managing the entire floor, they were absolutely superb. They were friendly, attentive, and efficient, However, it was clear they could have used an extra pair of hands (or two) to keep things running smoothly, as there were slight delays. Accept less bookings or increase headcount. I’d still recommend a visit—you’ll enjoy good food and warm service, even if it requires a touch of patience during busier times.

Food is fantastic, especially for a local restaurant. Their pesto chicken and their chicken main with mushroom are absolutely delicious. They have a small simple menu and seem to do everything very well. I've been a few times and on each occasion the staff have been extremely friendly, professional and attentive. I'd highly recommend.
