Great value. Friendly staff. Good location

Went here with two friends after a movie in the cinema, was great due to the comforting yet unique New York atmosphere, delicious drinks and food as well as a very nice staff member who assisted us helpfully and informed us they were about to close promptly with good notice as we were here near closing time. Overall, a great coffee shop that delivers for anybody looking to get a welcoming coffee shop experience.

I’m a regular customer and I love nycd I always come in and recently the new staff that I have been severed by really have a bad attitude especially the girl with blonde hair and glasses I’m always nice and thank her cause I bet it’s stressful I work in a restaurant I get it but it’s every-time I come in she always has an attitude like she hates working there and there’s no like customer service and it’s not just me either it’s people being served ahead of me and you can see their faces of like okay can you atleast try to like your job really disappointing like I have always been a fan of this place is so lovely here but when I see her I genuinely hate being served by her
