The staff are very friendly and efficient. The big let down is the cleanliness of the place. The fabric chairs are badly stained and overall cleanliness of the tables and floor was poor. A bit pricey when compared to competitors

Amazing experience with Kate and Rex earlier today. Two beautiful souls. I was welcomed today with beautiful smiles and amazing conversation. 01/04/2024: Spent a night in Waterford about 3 weeks ago. Went into Zanzibar for pre-dinner drinks and just had to go back for a nightcap after dinner!! What a findā€¦ superb cocktails beautifully presented by extremely pleasant, attentive staff. The decor and perfectly dimmed lighting gave the place an exotic feel. Canā€™t wait to return.
11/02/2024: The very best cocktails in Waterford. Knowledgeable owners and carry good whiskeys. Reccomend.
