Ocean Sands Hotel - Enniscrone, Co. Sligo, Ireland in Inniscrone

Worst breakfast I've had in some time, The eggs were rock hard. Very little choice. Most of the food looked like it was cooked hours ago. The coffee was like tar. Scrabble eggs look like they came form the microwave. Everything looked as if they used the cheapest option available. Wifi dosn't work very well... it never has. And there is a not so plesent smell in the room and some part of the property. I did mention all the above to reception and got "Oh sorry about that" and that was it. No Ill look in to it or Ill get that sorted. The food in the restaurant was good, but the service was awful. They forgot a starter, sides and a desert, 3 times we had to ask to get a jug of water. Drinks forgotten ect. It was most likely because we had a different waiter every 10 mins.

Wonderful stay for my mams 60th Birthday. Everything was perfect. There was an incident with my mams birthday cake, it was knocked over by a staff member, staff went above and beyond to rectify the situation, they sent the cake off to be fixed by a local baker and reimbursed us for the cake. The customer service was incredible, mistakes happen but it is how a team of staff work together to sort out mistakes that truly counts. Hotel was clean, friendly staff, great amenities for our kids, food was lovely, amazing location, can't fault it.

We stayed here yet again.This time on a golden yrs package.Its a lovely hotel.The staff are very very friendly and nothing is to much bother.The food was great and the hotel is right beside an amazing beach.The hotel has dog friendly rooms which we used previously.They are spotless.Can not fault the place

Great place for a wholesum food, staff , service and food cudnt find a fault, excellent selction of Pints, great options of food, and staff very accommodative …. The bestbplace in bantry … will def b bk
