Such a lovely place. Beautiful staff and a cozy ambiance. A great example of the hidden treasures outside the main cities.

A very cozy pub with lots of seating areas. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Price/performance ratio was all good - we would be happy to come back on our next visit.

O'Connor's Bakery

21/01/2024: My Dad called here most weeks to buy Apple tarts and griddle bread for an older family member who lives in Foxford, County Mayo. After he passed away in 2016, I continued this tradition, and when I drop in to the shop (on the way up to visit family and my Dad's grave), I always get a great welcome 😁.
06/01/2024: The staff does a really nice job to present the goods and the service is good too - but I don't understand why I can't have an apple tart there in store if I'm paying for the full product. It's mental in my opinion. This is my only negative, everything else is really OK and i really feel the staff is smiling honestly, which makes a warm welcome for the customers.

Rooster's Cafe and Farm Shop (Gort)

21/01/2024: Food delicious. Waiter so nice. But service unbelievably slow. Food came in dribs and drabs. Ordered bottled water and had to wait 5 mins for a glass
19/01/2024: Food so fresh and tasty. Staff very nice. Good coffee Highly reccomend.
