⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Masterclass in Customer Service! My wife, Heide and I visited O Hehirs at the Tesco Arcade today during the busy midday period it is always a positive indication when a place is bustling). As a wheelchair user, dining out can sometimes be challenging However, this establishment proved to be exceptionally accommodating and a delightful experience. No sooner had we ordered at the counter. Two staff members appeared like hospitality ninjas, ensuring our table was suitably spacious and clean. Before we could even settle ourselves. A waitress with a genuine smile (not one of those painted-on retail grins) appeared with our order. Utterly brilliant. The coffee was exceptional, and the food was remarkably fresh and delicious. The overall experience was truly impressive. After our meal, Manager Michelle introduced herself and engaged us in a conversation about our visit. I expressed that a rating of five stars seemed insufficient for such excellent service they deserve at least seven. We left feeling highly valued and are already planning our return. If other establishments followed O'Hehirs exemplary standards, dining out would be a much more enjoyable experience. Additionally, the spotlessly clean and accessible restrooms were a significant advantage.♿ Thank you for the outstanding service. You have set an incredibly high standard🙏

14/06/2025: Cafe Victor is a great little spot with a warm and inviting atmosphere. I spent around €16 on a latte and a delicious homemade quiche, both of which were fresh and full of flavour. The place has a cozy, relaxed vibe, making it perfect for a leisurely coffee break or light lunch. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing attentive service without being overbearing. Overall, a nice café to unwind and enjoy good food in a comfortable setting.
