Old Orchard in Dublin

Tables are a little small but food is good and the place is buzzing with life. Staff maintain proper priority of table assignment.

Update: (28 05 2025) No point in booking. Its a hit or miss, (usually a miss most times now) as they waive your booking whenever they want and put you sitting wherever they want, with us we end up usually in very uncomfortable leather wall seating that sinks very low when you sit down. Badly needs new upholstery. Not good at all being so uncomfortable while trying to eat. Price increases also today (26 02 2025) from €10.50 to €12.50 for a half meal with extremely small portions, very disappointing I am very sorry to say.

A Full Irish breakfast hits the spot everytime. Plenty of toast & tea. Perfect pancakes for the little ones

Bar Service is extremely slow/bad. Bar staff behind bar are excellent at ignoring customers at the Bar trying to buy a drink.

Overall it's a lovely place, we were planning to sit in the conservatory, but it was too cold there. The table was clean, water was served with a slice of lemon. I didn't like the smell of the room when I came in, but other than that it was ok.

Saw a band Evolution here a while ago, they were amazing, had the whole pub singing and dancing! Good food and atmosphere

We were here for lunch mid-week and we were very pleasantly surprised. I had the steak sandwich (which I'd highly recommend!) and my husband had the club sandwich. The staff were very friendly and the food was very tasty. There was plenty of parking too. Will definitely be back!

Desayuno encantador, servicio rápido y personal educado. Mucho aparcamiento y sensación muy acogedora. Me encantaría parar para desayunar de nuevo.

Estuve allí hoy con mi hermana y mi papá. Primera vez. Fue una decisión de última hora y no de la zona así que no tenía ideas preconcebidas. Un montón de aparcamiento y es un lugar grande. El personal era muy atento. Sólo almorzando, así que no es el alimento. Papá tenía la comida y yo y la hermana fuimos por el club de pollo y el pan tostado de queso jamón. Todos fueron considerados deliciosos. Tenía el club de pollo yo mismo. Era enorme. El pan se tostó delicioso. Opté por las papas fritas como acompañamiento. Deliciosa. Nadie dejó nada en los platos. Un punto extraño. Pedí vinagre para mis papas fritas y me dieron una botella con italiano y las palabras "condimento blanco. " El mejor vinagre que he probado. Fue un poco dulce. Podría haberlo bebido del cuello. Cosas salvajes. De todos modos, entre los jijs y los carretes, volvería en un santiamén.
