It's a great place to soak up Irish culture in central Dublin. I had the Beef and Guinness Stew. The meat and vegetables were cooked well and the flavor was excellent. It also tasted like a home-cooked meal. The addition of Smirnoff Ice is a huge bonus ♥️ It was a real treat after a cold Dublin day. With its pub atmosphere, it might be one of the best Irish pubs around.

I had a delicious cottage pie here and a mulled wine that was perfect for the weather. The pub is lovely inside and out. It's very well located, just steps from Trinity College, and the atmosphere is welcoming and authentically Irish. Ideal for enjoying a good meal and experiencing the heart of Dublin.

Oui. Par contre façade en travaux donc c'est de suite moins sexy. Grand établissement historique de Dublin mais le midi, plein de places pour y manger tranquillement en famille. Recommandé par notre guide local et on a pas été déçu.

13/12/2025: Liked everything, service and nice rooms, unfortunately missed breakfast 😩
14/10/2025: Stayed here for one night, our room was clean and had a comfortable bed. The girl on reception was very polite and friendly she checked us in and out, very knowledgeable of the area. Room was warm and great powerful shower for a second floor room. The location was quite tricking to find google maps didn’t take us directly there. Stayed here to get the ferry the next day was a 30 min drive so was convenient for us. There’s a great under ground car park that leads directly in to the hotel. Overall a great stay and would return if in the area.
