O'Neills in Dublin

Unfortunately, it's changed since 7. Even the menu. There were no salmon dishes displayed like a few years ago...in fact, there was no longer a display case like a hot food stand. Too bad! Still, a nice atmosphere.

Typical Irish food and drink. Everything was delicious. Guinness, Irish coffee, and the classic Irish stew, soup... everything you could want... Great location, good music, top-notch!

Its one of those famous Dublin pubs that needs to be on your list of pubs when in Dublin

A real "pub" pub, full of locals and tourists alike. The Guinness beef stew and cottage pie were delicious.

The food at O’Neill’s Pub & Kitchen was really good, and the typical Irish pub atmosphere is very pleasant. We ordered Shepherd’s Pie and Beef & Guinness Stew, and both dishes were delicious. One area for improvement was that all the tables were dirty when we arrived. The system is that you sit down, place your order at the counter, receive a number, and then your food is brought to your table. We noticed that some tables experienced significant delays in service, and overall, the service was limited, which detracted somewhat from the experience. In short: excellent food, but the service and cleanliness could be improved. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars.

Very friendly, great atmosphere, always busy, nice pub decor and good food for not too much money.

The average reviews are sitting at about 4 stars and that’s about correct for me. The atmosphere was nice- fairly authentic feeling pub with lots of bustle. The staff could’ve done with an extra employee or two, they were always busy but very nice when they got a second to talk. The surprising part was the food. I was expecting some touristy swill given this places location, I was really just looking for some to hold me over till dinner. What I got was a grand traditional Irish stew. It was probably the best Irish stew I’ve ever had, which to be fair isn’t saying much. Still I was shocked and delighted by its taste. Pretty much the main reason I’m leaving this review.

Many a beer was had. All great. Lamb stew was tops.
