Opera Arklow in Arklow

Excellent service and food staff very friendly

I went to Opera Arklow in shopping center to eat pizza this afternoon. I ordered a nine-inch Opera pizza. Only 11 euros. Very big. tasty. Ordered a strawberry milkshake.. I eat alone. Well worth it. Affordable. Staff attitude is good. I will eat there often. I want to try every dish.

Last night, my husband and I went to opera arklow in the shopping center for dinner. The atmosphere was great, the environment was very clean, and the staff were very welcoming. The food was so delicious, we ate up all the food and were very full. The price is also very cheap.

We both got pizza and the garlic cheese bread and it was delicious! Would recommend people to give it a try. Our waiter Emma was very friendly and very good at her job. 10.50 for a pizza is very reasonably priced. Everything was fresh and clean

A really lovely place. Very relaxed and great service. The staff were brilliant and very attentive. Highly recommend.

The place was busy, but you could see that the staff was not trained enough. Very poor atittude towards the customers. We ordered a margerita pizza, which in fairness, came very quickly, but the pizza was basically thrown on the table. No plates, no napkins, no cutlery, nothing at all. When I went to the counter to ask for 2 small plates and a few napkins, the chef comes out holding 2 breakfast plates in both hands, flying and shouting "excuse me" , i didnt even have the time to turn my head to look where he was coming from, and he shouted again "excuse me" in my ears!! Soooo rude. I know he had hot plates in his hand, but he was in the middle of the shop floor, full of customers, he should be the one watching where he is going. Overall, not a good experience in this place, and i wouldn't be going back anytime soon.
