Oscars in Mullingar

I recently dined at Oscar’s and was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. The food was exceptional — beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and presented with care. The staff were professional, attentive, and welcoming, creating a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere throughout the meal. Service was prompt and efficient, and the extensive menu offered an excellent variety of dishes to suit all tastes. I look forward to returning and would highly recommend Oscar’s to anyone seeking a quality dining experience.

Beautiful food friendly service

Gone down hill since I was here last .The food is over priced for what it is . Chips are not homemade and under cooked. Everyone squashed in like sardines. Got the ribs and they put so much sauce on it they were are hard to enjoy them. The staff are lovely.

Delicious food! Warm welcome and friendly service. Mussels starter was divine. Mains were seafood linguine and carbonara linguine, both delicious but just a tad too much creamy sauce. Very filling! Will definitely visit again!

Gotta love Oscars, it's our goto restaurant in the Midlands. The staff are second to none, there is always a good welcome. In pretty fussy with food and don't mind complaining when something isn't up to scratch, but in 20 odd years of going there in yet to have anything critical to say. The takeout is just at good as the eat in, but then your missing the relaxing atmosphere.

First class experience all round.

I have been to this restaurant on a few occasions. There is nothing special about it, same overpriced menu for years. The food is just okay, but the fish and chips, not fresh, all cooked from frozen…. for the best part of 30€ . I can go down the street to the Roma cafe and get freshly home cut and cooked cut chips for way cheaper than here. The atmosphere is so so as all the tables are too close to each others and one has to battle their way through the overcrowded place to get to the bathroom on the first floor 🤢. Absolutely nothing special about this place, the obvious reason why it’s busy is that Mullingar has very limited choice for quality food 🤔
