Osprey Bar in Naas legal town

Stayed here for one night, we had a package deal. The food was tasty in the bar and nice cocktails. The spa is lovely, the staff are very friendly. I had a lovely massage. The pool isn't great, bit rundown looking. The room was clean, had a lovely bath. The heat in the room though is a joke. There's AC in the room but it only heats the place, we couldn't sleep with the heat. The breakfast was tasty but one of the staff members was extremely rude. We were asked if we'd like tea or coffee, I asked for a latte and was told there would be an extra charge which I said was no problem. Then a staff member came over to me and said I had to pay for the coffee now, I told her I didn't have my phone or a card on me as I had left them in the room so I asked if it could be added to the room which was fine. Then another member of staff came over and said we must pay for the coffee now as the room was paid for already I had forgotten we had settled the bill but we had not checked out yet they could have added it to the bill. I asked her if I could go upto my room after and get my card to pay as I was in the middle of eating my breakfast and she walked off and went over to another member of staff and put her hands up the air, it was extremely rude and unprofessional. We just spent about €400 for the hotel stay and dinner and we were being attacked over a latte, awful service, to be honest it would make me think twice about staying here again.

We had a weekend there Friday and Saturday night Bed and Breakfast 2 course dinner on the Friday night. Food was mediocre there's was Bongo Bingo on til 11. Then Saturday night couldn't sit where we wanted in the bar as we weren't eating. Was an awful experience for €575

Lovely hotel good breakfast food and helpful staff.

Lovely hotel to stay, rooms clean, takeaway breakfast because we were leaving early. Secure place to buy our bikes. Food was lovely, dinner and breakfast. Antonio at the reception was very helpful and polite. I would definitely stay there again. All the staff were lovely.

Abousility fabulous hotel the rooms are verry spacious the staff are excellent overall is rate this hotel 100% and highly recommend a visit

Great family room. Very good food and service at breakfast. Leisure center has a great pool and suitable for kids. Bit run down (poor doors, old lockers and wet floors) but a good family option if the transition to the leisure center was done up and bit.

Parking in tight underneath. Could do with widening spaces. Grub was good, if a little pricey

Unreal experience from the minute we went in the door, lady in reception was so lovely and couldn't do enough for us. Rooms big and clean. Ate lunch and breakfast there and it was very appetising

The wait time was one hour the kids chicken wings were average they gave me a rotten chip that tastes like dog shit smells
