I visited Supermac's & Papa John's on Ballysimon Road and was overall pleased with the experience. The place is very spacious and clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere to spend time in. The staff are friendly, and the service is quick, which is a big plus, especially during peak hours. The menu offers a wide range of options—from classic Supermac's fast food to Papa John's pizzas. The quality of the food is high, and the portions are generous. For pizza lovers, Papa John's definitely stands out for its delicious crust and fresh ingredients. The flies inside the restaurant were insufferable. Landing on food constantly and generally ruined the experience for my children and myself.

Very busy on the day I visited lots of kids and the noise level was intense. While most of the staff seemed friendly, the girl who served me wasn’t particularly helpful. She just threw the food together without much care, and I had to ask her twice to remove a fly from the serving area. She didn’t ask me what I wanted or if I needed anything, which kinda made the whole interaction feel rushed and dismissive. Overall, not the best service experience. This place is always busy. Super fast and hot fresh food. Clean & tidy - downfall is the parking lot. ☘️

Had a Salad Bowl from SuperSubs only fault was the Cajun Chicken was smothered in seasoning. Way too Spicy/Hot downed a large drink almost in one go. My son had a Sub with Cajun Chicken on it also and as it was so hot he didn't even finish half the roll
