Papa Rich in Galway

Dirty, poor service, food good. Booked for my husband's birthday. When we got there it turned out one of the waiters had accidentally given our table to someone else without a booking. It got sorted (via arguement between staff in front of us) but we ended up with the last available table right by the kitchen as the place was full. The entrance & stairwell are very tired and could do with a good clean. The waiting area before being seated looked the same. The toilets & corridor to toilets also in need of attention, vacuuming, cleaning. Service was mediocre. The food was good but the atmosphere between the kitchen, take-away prep area & door to toilets was zero. Wouldn't be in a hurry back despite the food being good.

We booked a table for 4 people Very enjoyable meal and lovely staff. I brought a birthday cake in and staff very obliging and catered to us very attentively.

A wonderful place to relax! Delicious food, especially enjoyed the duck. Excellent service and cozy atmosphere. We will definitely come back again!
