The chai latte with almond milk was spectacular, and the flat white was also very good. Very fast and attentive service. The place is modern and pleasant.

The pancakes are insane. "American" in both taste and size. I had the Brunch stack, and it could have easily fed 2 people. Very good taste and texture. My friends raved about the iced lattes as well.
