Food is out of this world, I’ve been a repeat customer to very few restaurants but this one will always have a special place in my heart. Stephane, Charles, and Cedric especially have made every experience in this fantastic restaurant truly unforgettable. The service is the best I’ve ever had in any restaurant internationally. The food is unreal. I’ve had the pleasure of dining multiple times, and have had everything on the menu. While I would love to save this restaurant for special occasions, I find myself coming back again and again as the food and service is just the absolute best I’ve ever had. I couldn’t dare highlight any particular item off of the menu as they are all equally excellent, however I would put 100% trust in the sommelier Cedric for any accompanying wine choices for your food. I also have to mention Patrick himself for always coming to the table, introducing himself, and making sure my experience is up to his very high standards. It is a disgrace that Michelin has not yet awarded this place its very well deserved 3rd Michelin star. I can easily say that this is the best restaurant in Ireland, dare I say Europe. I am yet to have an experience that makes me return to a Michelin starred restaurant except for this place.

I had super gastronomic experience in this place! We had menu «à la cart» and it was very delicious !the service is TOP ! For the dessert I highly recommend baba rum flambé ! Don’t miss this place when you are in Dublin ☘️ PS the wine list is impressive!

Since the excellent restaurant was located in our hotel, we visited it to celebrate the end of our culinary journey through Dublin. The welcome was courteous and the atmosphere pleasant. We opted for the tasting menu with paired wines. À la carte dining is also available. A vegetarian option is not offered, nor are there any non-alcoholic beverage pairings. All eight courses of the menu were delicious, beautifully presented, and of the highest quality. The accompanying wines complemented each dish perfectly. The service was very attentive, professional, polite, and courteous, as was the service throughout the entire hotel. We had a wonderful evening and highly recommend Patrick Guilbaud's restaurant.

Had lunch here today and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and the staff were warm, attentive, and welcoming. ✨ The portion sizes were perfect. I started with the soup, which was full of flavour, followed by the duck for my main course. The complimentary stuff, including the tomato soup and dessert, were also delicious and a lovely addition to the meal. Overall, a fantastic dining experience, and I’d happily recommend it. 🙂

Pleasant experience, nice food - unfortunately didn't feel quite up to a 2 star Michelin experience. Won't be returning.

Blown away - beautiful dinning room, very tastefully decorated. Service was exceptional, relaxed and professionally delivered. Food was fresh, balanced and beautifully finished with such an attention to detail. Happy to pay the bill, well worth it IMO. We will definitely return.

A truly unique experience. The service was flawless, the rooms impeccable, and every single dish was absolutely superb. Everything was perfectly presented.
