People's Park Café in Dublin

Lovely location especially in the summer with a nice variety of snacks with very friendly, efficient & helpful staff where nothing is a problem.

Great place & food is good (& reasonable wine). However, they’ve a big problem on their outside terrace with huge sea gulls eating off tables that aren’t cleared. People have been intimidated (including kids) but they don’t seem to have the staff etc.

We loved the view overlooking the park, just sit and do some people watching, coffee and croissants 🥐 were ok.

Last Saturday was the most magical day we held our wedding celebration in the People's Park Cafe Dun laoire. I can not explain how professional, kind, helpful and joyful the team were.. everyone from the management team IVA, Stefan & Veronica, to the girls working on the evening Cristina, Esme & J they made the evening feel fun and gave 100% attention to our guests and ourselves. The venue was stunning crisp white linen tablecloths & napkins they helped me add my personal touches to the tables and even helped to make my beautiful bouquet! Veronica whipped out the steamer to make sure there were no creases in my dress..they made me feel so special I will never forget the beautiful atmosphere and my guests felt it too..the joy was contagious. Ben the executive chef was amazing from our first meeting discussing menu ideas & options to the stunning menu he created for our special day. The food was just out of this world every single guest was wowed by the presentation & flavours, I have had nothing but complements from all of our guests saying how outstanding the food was and how it was the nicest wedding menu they have ever tasted, the whole experience was extraordinary, one guest said "it was so different to the normal conveyor belt style wedding food you are given". If you are looking for a unique venue for any special occasion within the stunning gardens of the peoples park do not hesitate book now!! We were honoured to be the first wedding celebration that the team hosted. Everything was flawless our only downside is how quickly the evening went by and that we really want to do it all again!! thank you so much Guys you were all amazing ❤️

A very lovely cafe in the park which serves great coffee. We had a lovely morning and luckily the weather was perfect. We could not ask for a better weather and atmosphere of the place. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend this nice cafe for a quick bite, coffee or even a breakfast/brunch spot for your weekend. Very close to the dart station. Bathroom was clean as well

Very nice location for a cuppa after a walk thru the park. Not touristy but welcoming. Sorry my pics didn't turn out.

Delicious! I’m so glad we stopped here to eat. Food was good, service was great, and the cafe and park are super cute!

Only had tea and scones with jam and cream which were delicious. When paying for it I noticed the food on display was expensive. The place was very busy and noisy.

Great place to meet and eat, have a coffee, with a view of the Irish Sea beyond the iconic People's Park.

Great food. Great atmosphere. Great staff. But terribly weak coffee! I suggest it needs to be made a bit stronger. Such a pity because everything else is so perfect otherwise.
