A good selection of beer/cider, live music venue on first floor, lots of space, packed on a Friday night. The staff may indulge your custom cocktail requests on a less busy night.

Fantastic bar, fantastic bar staff, that real tall lad Jake is one of the best at making me laugh, with his quick wit and great banter. Highly recommend Mucky's cream soda!

Wonderful atmosphere and selection of beer on tap. If you can, go during the excellent Féile Na Gréine, a DIY festival of emerging and experimental music.

Local type bar. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable on drinks. Owner very pleasant too. Has become a regular spot for us before home in the evening.

Excellent venue upstairs but the bouncers I cannot say the same. Got kicked out by one of the self centered bouncers for taking my shirt off at a damn hard techno rave upstairs when it was boiling hot... Edit: Changing to 4 stars because now the bouncers are reasonable
