Pharmacia in Limerick

This place is definitely different. It is cool and alternative. We had nice drinks here, and the vibe and the people here were in all honesty just lovely. However, we went to a ticketed event here last night and were very disappointed with this, we left after 10 minutes. The woman manning the door to get upstairs also was rude and hostile. I will try this place again on a regular night, as I have consistently heard good things about Pharmacia.

This is a great, proper modern Irish pub, can't recommend enough, always a good laugh, always good rock on the jukebox.

Top notch spot. Not crowded on a Tuesday night but a relaxed, welcoming environment. Owner Ger is a true artisan with cocktails. A rock%alternatove music sound and really nice local kinda of place to grab a few pints.

The staff? Sound. The pints? Sound. The craic? Sound. I live for the gals and the gays, and if fate ever claims me, let my wake and funeral be held within these sacred walls. If Pharmacia falls, I will fall with her she is the beating heart of limerick city. The bathroom doors aren’t just doors,they are a living archive, a reminder of laughter, chaos, and years that slipped through our fingers too fast. If only the smoking area didn’t turn me into a frostbitten relic of the night. More heat lamps, I beg, before I perish in the cold.
