Phil Carrolls in Clonmel

Call me biased, but this is authentically one of the best real Irish pubs in the country. I had been going to Phil Carrolls since the 90s before emigrating, so every time I come home, going for a pint a Phil's is a must. Truth be told, I do not drink Guinness outside of Ireland, simply because (rightly or wrongly) I believe it couldn't match a glass of the black stuff at home.
