Pi Restaurant at UCD is a great place for a quick and satisfying meal on campus. The food is fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced, with a good variety of options available. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the service is usually quick even during busy hours. The seating area is comfortable and has a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, it is a convenient and reliable dining option for students and staff at UCD.

My compliments to the excellent Chef Abdul. As a vegan, I've been coming for weeks. For about 5, sometimes 7 euro, I get a different hearty meal each day, and it's always delicious and filling. Some days I get a second portion to go! Whatever issues they may have had in the past, I haven't experienced that. They are by far the best UCD has to offer for a vegan. Just request a vegan meal at the counter - you wont regret it!

The food is so delicious, the cooks are fantastic and I look forward to going there every time I am on campus. The food has restaurant-quality but is excellent value for money. There is always a vegetarian dish with a vegan option. Thank you so much for bringing such great food to campus.

For a restaurant tailored to students and faculty members it is lacking in a few areas. First of all the portion sizes are quite small, especially at the lower price points. I have on occasion had lunch here and found myself hungry again soon after, I especially don't understand the sentiment of being stingy with cheap calories like rice or pasta. Secondly the atmosphere is rather unpleasant, the seating is maximised to hold as many people as possible but as a result it gets very noisy and cramped at peak times. Finally the service is mixed but overall not great, staff is generally gruff and impatient. In terms of positives the quality of the food is quite good and better than other stuff around.
