Very good place to drink and dine

Nice hotel with reasonable prices. We use it regularly to host technicians and engineers who come to our business from overseas

Stayed for one night with my wife who is in a wheelchair and 2 daughters aged 11 and youngest 10 months old.Room was big and spacious and also wheelchair accessible.We had a couple of drinks in the bar which was busy with a lot of travelling tourists but had a nice vibe.Breakfast was really good and plenty to choose from but its the staff that make it stand out.They were brilliant from the moment we arrived till we checked out.It won't be our last visit to the Pillo hotel..

Always the best experience staying in this hotel, my family and I stay here regularly and we are always well looked after by staff. Food and service is always 10/10 super fast and efficient. Rooms are always so clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is amazing so many options. Great spot for children. Cannot praise the staff enough management should be so proud.

Great lunch menu. Food is excellent and great value.

Checked in the air-conditioning was not working, we complained and were upgraded to a superior room which we were very happy about.

Stayed there after a trip to the nearby emerald park. Can't praise the hotel highly enough. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was fantastic. It was extremely quiet at night time which was very helpful when you've young children trying to sleep. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip to emerald park.

The rooms are nice and big, good facilities but the food from the bar is not the greatest

The hotel is overall quite chic. Unfortunately, during our stay (travel group) there were large events with a lot of guests and children over several days in the evenings, which seemed like a Elm contest or a clan wedding. On the day of departure at 2:30 a.m. there were still drunk, late-adolescents sitting in the lobby and refusing to leave the hotel, so the police were called. The food was very good, except for my pepper sauce on chicken. It was very salty and spicy (menu). The bar is large but the drinks are poor and expensive. The glasses, the floor and the counter were extremely dirty and dirty last evening. There was no drink service at the table during dinner, you had to get the drink at the bar and waited in line for a long time. The rooms were great. Huge and clean. No complaints.
