12/07/2026: I've been a regular customer here for quite a long time, and I have to say the food is consistently excellent. The deli is always well stocked, the rolls are fresh and crispy, and the quality of the food is second to none. I genuinely couldn't fault the food itself. Unfortunately, one member of staff has completely overshadowed what is otherwise a great deli. The tall red-haired gentleman's attitude towards customers is consistently rude, abrupt, and unwelcoming. As a regular customer, I've let it slide on far too many occasions, hoping it was just a bad day, but the same behaviour continues every time I deal with him. Good customer service costs nothing, and there's simply no excuse for speaking to customers with such poor manners. It's disappointing because the rest of the deli and the food deserve much better. I sincerely hope management addresses this, as it's the only reason I'm now considering taking my business elsewhere.
