Lovely place with a holiday vibe. Freshly cooked tapas and great beer. Lovely staff. Everything was perfect 👌 👍 🥰

I went to Pimentos this Saturday evening. I had the most pleasant experience with the staff and the most wonderful food. In particular the waitress Alexia was so helpful, accommodating and welcoming! She went out of her way to improve our experience. Thank you so much for the lovely meal for me and my family we will we back.

Simply amazing! Delicious food, great atmosphere, and friendly service. Still dreaming about the brisket/patata brava dish! Can’t wait to go back!

Great food and service as always...fantastic selection on menu. Our table of 4 looked after so well, timing of tapas arriving perfect, nicely spaced out.... House white wine really nice, cocktails highly recommended too 🍸

The food is amazing... No downside to it, can't fault it... Everything is in between 7e-12e and portions are perfect... They also do have a good sangria 😏

Food was wonderful, great selection. We were accommodated at short notice. Wait staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

Fuimos con un amigo en una rara noche juntos. Habíamos estado muy ansiosos, pero ambos coincidieron en que Pimento era una mala opción para una cena los sábados por la noche. Estaba muy ocupado y el servicio al cliente era pobre. Cuando mi amiga comía nada yo y yo bebía se quedó esperando 15 minutos para un pedido similar. Comida no pedida llegó 3 veces a nuestra mesa. (Ninguno de los dos nos gustan las Aceitunas así que definitivamente no en nuestra cuenta). Nos encontramos teniendo que seguir nuestra orden de bebidas en ambas rondas, así que nos fuimos temprano en lugar de tener desierto para ir a un bar y continuar nuestra noche. También encontré que los platos son más pequeños y no tan bien aromatizados (particularmente las patatas bravas). Pasará un tiempo antes de que personalmente vaya de nuevo, lo cual es una lástima.

El mejor restaurante en Carlow, comida encantadora y no sobreprecio. Personal encantador. Nuestro lugar favorito para ir. Buena música y ambiente. . .
