PIMENTO in Carlow

It's a very nice place. The food is a bit pricey for the portion size; I understand it's a tapas restaurant, but it would be nice to have more substantial dishes for a proper dinner. Everything comes in small portions, but the flavor and presentation are 10/10.

We were a group of five, and we all ordered about 2-3 tapas plates each. Our first plate came out 7 mins after ordering, and our last plate came out an hour after ordering. We had to ask for it three times, and each time, the staff would say they were going to check, and then never return. Honestly most of the plates were absolutely incredible, overall food was really good, but service really badly let them down.

A place that creates a good mood.

Had a great time and it didn't break the bank thanks to the meal deals. Good atmosphere and great service. Thanks for a lovely night out.

I went to Pimentos this Saturday evening. I had the most pleasant experience with the staff and the most wonderful food. In particular the waitress Alexia was so helpful, accommodating and welcoming! She went out of her way to improve our experience. Thank you so much for the lovely meal for me and my family we will we back.
