We had the opportunity to visit Pinocchio Italian Restaurant for a pizza-making class. The overall experience was enjoyable—the host was both funny and informative, which added a nice touch to the session. However, I felt that the ingredients could have been of a higher quality to truly elevate the experience. Additionally, the pizzas were made in a conventional oven; in my opinion, a wood-fired oven would have added a more authentic and flavorful touch.

A perfect little Italian experience in the middle of Dublin. The antipasto appetizer was the best I've had (the vegetables were my favourite). The best way to end our trip from Canada! Thank you!

Enjoyed dinner here last night. My wife had the carbonara and I had the lasagna alla bolognese. Both were very good with only having a better lasagna in Florence, IT. The house wine was also very good and smooth as it went well with our meals. The carbonara had large pieces of guanciale which made it even better. Overall, a fantastic meal here in Dublin.

This a very nice place to enjoy the italian cuisine. The ratio quality price is very good and the staff is very nice. I had a great time for dinner here. Recommend to have a cosy dinner

I went to this restaurant twice this week with my sister. The food is exceptional but the staff are amazing. Lucia was looking after us and she was the warmest, friendliest girl I have ever met. She was brilliant with her knowledge and recommendations of the food and gorgeous wines, nothing was too much trouble for her. Lucia makes you feel so welcome from the second you come through the door. The food was so fresh and absolutely delicious, we are both vegetarian and the menu was full of choices to suit. We will be back regularly to this gorgeous hidden gem, highly recommend. Thanks Lucia, from Sharon and Jennifer x

Had a fabulous meal here. Good selection of pizza and pastas. Kids menu available. Everything we ordered was delicious. Pizzas were amazing and there wasn’t a crust left between us. Pasta sauces were full of flavour. Tiramisu got a big thumbs up. Well priced and great staff.

08/08/2025: I had the pasta amatriciana, but it was way too salty. Service was very good! The location is a not that good part of town, what took away from the experience.
07/08/2025: The sandwich was super delicious, but the fries... SPECIAL!!! Baked in the oven, they were incredible! And the pancakes were unbeatable. Highly recommended.

05/08/2025: No prawns, which is my favourite dish at Zizzi. Service slow to take order/get bill but food came out quickly
30/07/2025: We went for lunch as a falll back choice as the restaurant we had picked was closed that day. The service was ok, the pizza were nice but the base was extremely thin, stretched to its maximum for both classic pizza and "rustic" ones (more expensive, meant to have more dough), great if you like paper thin pizza base. I had the king prawn linguine which were a plate of tomato sauce linguini with 5 small king prawn, 2 slices of chili, a tiny bit of courgette ribbons and a couple of rocket leaves.....we ordered a large plate of calamari to share, it was nearly €20 and the plate came with 2 small handful of calamari strips and a small bowl of sauce. Nothing else. I wonder what the small plate looks like....Highly overpriced compare to the quality and quantity of the food received.
