We’ve been coming to Platters by Lu for four years now and the experience just keeps getting better. The coffee is first class, the food fresh and tasty. The staff are warm and professional. If you’re visiting Trim make sure to visit this corner of France in Ireland.

Always a pleasure visiting Platters. Introduction of the new keep cup is a great initiative. Service is always top class and the every expending range of foods to chose from is very impressive. This has grown from a trailer in a gateway to one of the best to coffee and artisan food outlets in town.

Platter by Lu is amazing! Their charcuterie boards are always fresh, with top-quality meats, cheeses, and sauces. Everything is delicious and beautifully put together. I’m a happy repeat customer and highly recommend them!

My husband and I visit Platter by Lu daily when we are in Trim visiting family. We’re from New York City and love coffee so we were so happy to find a place that does it so well. I also love their cheese selection! Highly recommend!

06/03/2025: Found this gem of a cafe while walking round trim visiting the sights. Service very welcoming, with the coffee and cakes very tasty. The food we saw coming out looked very appetising but we just had cakes Well worth a visit

Stockhouse

16/03/2025: A fantastic night was had by all on Saturday 15th. Service was attentive, friendly and efficient. Food was outstanding. I’ve never had a bad meal here and whenever I visit home, I make sure to get a visit here. The best wings and steak going 🙌 The Argentinian Malbec and Erdinger lager were particularly popular with our group and thoroughly enjoyable! We were so grateful that the Stockhouse took our table size of 14 on what was obviously a busy night for them. Thank you all so much for making the night so special for my mam, we appreciate how special your staff made us all feel but my mum in particular. We will visit again for sure!
09/03/2025: Had a meal for a friend's birthday Service was excellent Food absolutely top class, large portions (not something you see too often) And very reasonable pricing Highly recommended
