Póg Malahide in Malahide

Excellent coffee and delicious pancakes!

Pog Café in Malahide has great food including really good pancakes, including a vegan option, but recent changes hurt the experience. They now close at 3 pm, with the kitchen shutting at 2:30. We used to stop by with our kid for pancakes, but lately, the chef is often on break or done for the day—sometimes over 30 minutes before closing. Staff seem overworked and unhappy. It’s disappointing to see a once-great café decline.

Amazing gluten free pancakes, with fillings between each layer, delicious!

Lovely food and coffee. Friendly staff and despite how busy it was we weren't rushed out the door. The place is a bit small and gets packed quickly, the bathroom needs some work. However lovely place to get a coffee or hot chocolate and read a book. 🍀

Delicious and good sized portions🤭.

Very overpriced for what it is, we paid the guts of 10€ for two flat whites. Staff dealt with take away orders first and left us sitting waiting for coffees which arrived Luke warm. Speciality coffee prices for bog standard stuff.

Quinoa, sweet potato & feta salad & spiced apple & thyme oats are super tasty!

Just had coffee and snacks but lovely atmosphere with friendly staff and everything tasted great.

Lovely little place and nice staff. Brioche bun was unreal! Came here before my flight home! The pancakes look great too! Great coffee definitely coming back! Pet friendly!
