It's a good gym. There is wide range of machines to fulfill ones fitness goal. A wide range of fitness classes as well. The only gripe is the smell that hits you when you enter the facility. The toilets could do with regular cleaning and fresheners. The instructors are lovely too deal with.

Staff are very friendly, facilities need a bit of improvement, pool always seems cold and the changing rooms need more regular cleaning.

I haven't used the gym but the pool is decent ,ive heard of some kids misbehaving recently but ive only ever gone during times its mostly empty and it was ok. The surrounding play area and skate park are also decent

I use the gym here about 5 days a week, although they lack some equipment it is a great gym with lovely staff. The pools are great and clean and the steam room and sauna services are great

Sally Gardens

13/03/2026: We had a blast🎊🎊🎊 we had a friend from Kansas visit and we chose the Sally's for the night, it was the best choice. It was karaoke night, we meet a wonderful group of people, the service was excellent, and the music, just what we needed. My friend was so exited with the atmosphere and all. Highly recommend the Sally's
