The half-board option was good, the room was well-designed, with a proper shower. The only downsides were the lack of luggage space and the absence of bottled water upon arrival. The restaurant was good; we were pleasantly surprised. It's very close to the airport with a shuttle service available for €3 (as of June 2026) or an Uber.
I stay at this hotel every time I travel through the Dublin International Airport, which I assume most people who are reading this will be travelling in a similar manner.
First off, this hotel has one of the best prices for being situated near the airport. For the quality, comfort, and location, it's not bad.
Premier Inn has a direct shuttle to and from the airport, though my experience with it has been dodgy. I have waited at the airport and did not have a shuttle arrive at the posted times one two separate occasions, and I ended up taking a taxi because I did not want to wait in the cold. However, the shuttle has always been on time at the hotel.
The rooms are usually very clean, and their appearance and atmosphere is quite pleasant to the eyes. The beds are comfortable enough. However, some of the bathrooms don't have the best drainage, though this has only been a problem twice out of my many stays.
There is a restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner on the ground floor. I usually eat here and instead of the nearby restaurants due to convenience, and the food has been decent.
The staff have been stellar, and perhaps, this is my highest praise for this location. I had once forgotten an item in the room when I was passing through. I sent an email, and a staff member confirmed that they had the item and would hold onto it until I returned. Well, it took several months for me to return, but when I did, they still had the item! I can't praise them enough for this.
Anyway, this is one of my favourite locations to stay at in Dublin (technically, this area is called Swords, I believe). There are some shops across the street, a burger restaurant nearby, a McDonald's, and a coffee shop or two. All of the above are within walking distance. However, you're still far from any decent sightseeing, so you'll need some transportation if you want to explore further.
Overall, I highly recommend this Premier Inn location.

Used as a stop gap day before flight.
Got premier plus room on level 5.
Shuttle bus every 30mins at cost of €3.
Took 10mins i think from hotel to terminal 2.
Lovely room, fridge, views across the area.
Pub down road, but didn't use.
Had Carlsberg on draft, but not watered down crap England have and was 4.3%
This point thought great, big downside was that I get a company food and alcohol allowance.
This sadly couldn't be transferred to room as now for some reason not allowed, despite it mentioned in my work booking.
Only reason rated 4* as everything else great and nicest Breakfast I've had so far at a premier inn.

We stayed in this hotel one night before our flight back home the next day. The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom very clean. Also the staff working there was super nice and friendly. The only thing that bothered us quite a lot was the loud noise coming from the streets that our room was facing. There are a lot of tuned cars driving by very loudly (probably because there is little traffic here) until late in the night and it kept us up.
We love this hotel as its clean , comfortable, food is great and the Premier inn 741 shuttle to dublin airport for 3 euros is a bonus.. we got in late last night after a long trip, our daughter hadn't ate and was hungry. I asked staff if they had a vending machine that sold fruit or yogurt and he said no but he offered and went to the kitchen and grabbed me a couple of bananas and yogurt. You got us out of a big hole as we fed our daughter and we all slept well. Oh we did try feed her at the airport and during the flight but she refused everything. So thanks again. We stay here everytime we use Dublin airport as its so handy. There is also a tesco 15 mins walk away and a Chinese resturaunt beside it if you need anything. So 5 stars from me. See you again in December when were off to orlando

Perfect airport hotel. Shuttle (3 euros) to and from airport. Clean, modern room. Plenty of places to plug in electronics. Good lighting. Nothing fancy, but great for a short stay.

Everything you need before a flight from Dublin Airport. Big shower, comfortable bed and a frequent bus to the airport that costs €3. Bus driver was also very helpful.
Near the airport.
Quiet, somewhat old-fashioned, and neglected. Fine for sleeping and little else.
Their shuttle stops running at 11:00 PM, so add about €15 to the taxi bill, as there's no bus access.
Spacious room. The window can't be opened, so the air is a bit stale.
The bathtub is very high, which could be dangerous for elderly people.
The shower water is lukewarm, verging on cold.
The staff is friendly and helpful, but there's noticeable high turnover as they couldn't answer simple questions, although they did their best to find the answers.

Good hotel near the airport. The hotel's own airport shuttle bus needs a new card payment device.
