Puffin's Nest Cafe in

17/08/2025: So good we went twice! Lovely sitting outside and pet friendly. Friendly staff and good food.

26/07/2025: The ambiance is lovely and the canal view is beautiful! The service is excellent. The ladies there are friendly and welcoming! The chef, if you are reading things .. the eggs Benedict were very disappointing .. the poached eggs were not runny, a little over cooked and the hollandaise sauce was watery and tasteless I suspect it was some sort of packaged powder? I might be wrong?! But to me it didn’t taste like hollandaise sauce at all! Instead of using English muffins, our eggs were served on a regular bun… maybe I ordered the wrong item on the menu! Anyways, my husband and I enjoyed the coffee and the view and will surely come to try something different and next time I will just ask what’s the chef special? Or go for lunch or tea/ coffee instead of breakfast?
