We went there the other night as soon as we arrived in Dublin. The place has a typically Irish feel, well-maintained, and a great atmosphere. There was live music, so it was quite lively during happy hour. There's a good selection of beers, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Recommended!

Amazing fish, chips, and mushy peas. They also seem to serve food later than surrounding places.

A huge restaurant with a fantastic welcome and generous, delicious traditional cuisine :). Thank you for this wonderful family moment in a typical restaurant, itself located in a symbolic Dublin neighborhood! I highly recommend it :).

Great place to eat, very popular and busy. I had an Irish stew with soda bread and tried a pint of Guinness. Very friendly waiter, he let us try a sample of Guinness and Cider before buying.

This Irish pub was absolutely top-notch 🍻 The Guinness was amazing, especially paired with a 12-year-old Redbreast 🥃 Live music, great vibes, and an atmosphere that just hits different. Definitely a place worth coming back to.

The food was truly excellent, easily earning 4.8 stars. The initial service was also top-notch: attentive, friendly, and quick – definitely worth 5 stars. We also enjoyed the location and the atmosphere; it was cozy and pleasant, earning 4.7 stars. Unfortunately, the second service significantly diminished the overall impression. After we had already paid, we were told to finish our beers at the bar. This seemed unfriendly and lacking in customer service, resulting in only 1 star. It's a shame, because up until then, the evening had been very enjoyable.

Typical Irish. I had the Guinness slow-cooked beef. It was delicious. It was very busy. We had a 15-minute wait, but the pub was completely packed, so things moved along very quickly.

Bel Gelato

23/07/2026: Hands down the best place in the borough for a gelato 🍨. Boris’ is a true gentleman and it’s clear from the quality of his product and the service that he offers that he’s very passionate about what he does! Thanks as always.

Alma

03/07/2026: My wife and I were visiting Ireland for five nights and were looking for somewhere special to have breakfast. Thankfully, my wife came across Alma, and from the moment we walked in we knew we’d found a gem. From start to finish, the whole experience was outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive. A special mention has to go to the gentleman who was organising all the tables and seating – he was fantastic and made everyone feel welcome while keeping everything running so smoothly. Every member of staff went above and beyond, and the food was absolutely delicious. We loved it so much that it became our go-to breakfast spot, and we ended up coming back every single morning during our stay. Not once over the five visits were we disappointed. The food, coffee, service and atmosphere were consistently exceptional every single time. If you’re looking for the perfect breakfast or brunch in Dublin, I honestly couldn’t recommend Alma highly enough. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Ireland!
03/07/2026: I was here 3 years ago and gave it a 5-star review. But I went back again yesterday and was disappointed. I ordered the choripan argento. I asked if I could swap the eggs for something else as I can't eat them. They said no. So I ended up paying €16.40 for one small slice of toast, with some salsa and one sausage. I was still hungry leaving. They tried to push a to go coffee when we were paying.
