Vice Pizza & Wings Shop in Dublin

From an italian guy i think i found my favorite pizza spot in the world. Staff was super kind P.S.: the chicken was to die for!

We were referred to Vice by a friend back at home, and boy - are we ever glad we went there for lunch while in Dublin! What a great place! The pizza is fantastic! We were blown away with how good it was! And, the service was great and the vibe inside is really nice! We wish there was a Vice Pizza location back home! Worth a visit for anyone in Dublin!

The staff was very nice and helpful and the gluten free pizza was one of the best I've had! Honestly, the crust was so tasty and had the right crunch.

I genuinely did not expect to be writing this review today, but this place deserves every bit of recognition I can give it. I was walking through Dublin, hungry, enjoying what had already been an amazing day, and I had actually passed Vice Pizza & Wings on Merrion Street twice before deciding to walk in. From the second I entered, the atmosphere was different. Everyone was smiling, welcoming and genuinely friendly. Nothing forced, nothing overdone — just people who seemed happy to have you there. I’m a chef myself, so rather than studying the menu for ten minutes, I simply said: “I have no allergies. Surprise me. Give me something you think I should try.” And I am very, very glad I did. What arrived was a pizza with ’nduja, spicy salami, goat’s cheese, a sesame crust and a honey drizzle. I’ve eaten a lot of pizza over the years, in a lot of places, and I know saying this may upset a few people in Italy — but I can only judge what was sitting in front of me: This was, without question, the best pizza I have ever eaten. The balance was outstanding. Heat from the ’nduja and salami, richness and acidity from the goat’s cheese, sweetness from the honey, and then that crust. The crust deserves its own mention. It was almost bagel-like in the best possible way — beautifully structured, chewy without being heavy, crisp where it needed to be, and strong enough that every slice held its form instead of collapsing in your hands. The sesame around the crust added another layer altogether. It wasn’t just a collection of good toppings thrown onto dough. Everything made sense together. But what made the experience even better was the hospitality. The team kept checking that everything was good, always with a smile. They brought the food down to the table and genuinely seemed to care whether I was enjoying myself. As someone who has spent my life in hospitality, I notice those details. Great food matters enormously, but the way people make you feel is what turns a meal into an experience. Downstairs there is this beautiful little tucked-away room with mirrors, tables and candlelight. It has its own character — intimate, slightly hidden away from everything happening outside, and an unexpectedly brilliant place to sit, eat and enjoy the moment. I had already been having an incredibly positive day in Dublin, and I honestly didn’t think it could get much better. Somehow, this place made it better. That is probably the greatest compliment I can give a hospitality business. I can only speak for the Merrion Street location, because that is where I ate, but the staff, the girls working there, the chef and everyone I encountered deserve enormous credit. The food was fantastic. The service was fantastic. The atmosphere was fantastic. The pricing was completely reasonable for the quality. 15/10 from me. If you are in Dublin and genuinely love pizza, do yourself a favour and walk through the door. And if you can’t decide what to order? Tell them to surprise you. That decision gave me one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve had in a very long time — and, genuinely, the best pizza I have ever eaten. Thank you to the whole team at Vice Merrion Street. The pizza was delicious! The cheese was melted perfectly—gooey and stretchy. The food was cooked exactly how I like it. I love this place.

A quick visit to a pizzeria during my trip to Dublin, and I have absolutely no complaints about the one I ordered (forest pie) – the size was more than enough for lunch, and the service was excellent and friendly! Solid pizza but the tenders and wings are unreal

Pizza was lovely tenders where amazing and service was good only thing I’d mark down on was big floppy pizza and can drop on pants if your not careful

INSANE pizza! One of the best in Dublin. The caper pizza was such a nice vegetarian alternative to the classic Margharita and both the Dill Ranch and the jalapeño ranch were so good. Highly recommend the everything crust seasoning and taking the pizza to Merrion Square Park as it gets so hot in the store during summer.

Amazing team, top-tier food, very kind and fast service. A real gem of fast food in Dublin.
