Great place, fantastic food and the staff are so very friendly. Location couldn't be better, you're hiden in plain sight, walking distance to everything Galway City has to offer.

Restaurant well located in Galway city center. Welcome far from warm, great lack of communication between servers. Different servers came to us several times to ask us the same thing. Regarding the cuisine, it was completely satisfactory! The setting is quite pleasant. Service to be reviewed.

PoppySeed at Galway Crystal

13/02/2025: Coffee was very bad. Dessert was delicious. The atmosphere was good.
14/11/2024: I had breakfast in the Poppy Seed recently. While the atmosphere and service were quite good the price was way above average for what I got. Two poached eggs, two bacon , tea and toast cost 14.75. This normally costs me 8.50 to 9.50. Obviously I won't be back !!

Golden Rickshaw

15/02/2025: This place perfectly fits every stereotype of an Asian takeaway restaurant—which is probably why I always forget to take photos when I eat here. Seriously, I couldn’t find a single picture of this place. But Rickshaw, you have earned legendary status for your salt and pepper squid.
