16/10/2024: Originally gave 5 stars but sometime later I really struggle to give it 3 stars, clonmel branch has seriously gone down hill, 3 weeks in a row iv went in why I still do is beyond me, it's more the convenience than anything. Dirty and no one clearing the tables and it wasn't even that busy, youngsters working there walking around with orders not knowing where there going ! One girl brought food to a table of a couple that had just sat down after they taking the order apart and a conversation with the girl still deciding was it there order or not,to decide it wasn't then walked to us with the same food to see if it was ours, thank god it wasn't because I wouldn't be taking it. We eventually got ours after a good wait. Another lady that was leaving with her daughter made a comment to us as she left that she was only passing thru and never witnessed a place as bad. My child then knocked his drink by mistake I let the girl no and there was no urgency at all good 6 mins later she arrived barely cleaned it and left it still drownded all over floor. Last week drive thru left food out of order I had to go through the whole thing again to get rest. Then this week got meals n barley a few chips in the box had to ask for more after paying enough for it. I could go on..seriously needs management directing it more.
