Great service for a birthday cake order

The cake was beautiful and as advertised. The price was fair also. However we were handed a cake in 25 degree heat with no lid and told “store in a cold place.” The cake was for party in a restaurant 15 mins away and only when we insisted a lid should be provided was one fashioned out of plastic bags. The staff insisted they never preseng a cake with a lid. This is very bizarre. This really lets down your service. The cake tasted really good! Please invest in some lids and some proper cake boxes!

Ordered Biscoff and Birthday cupcakes and they were not only delicious but very well presented as well. I will definitely be ordering them again for our next party! Thank you
