Radisson SAS in Dublin

We stayed in a week before Christmas Day. The hotel outside look was good and the public areas looked nice but in the room…To be real, too bad compared with this kind of level hotel: broken heating, broken bulbs in the bathroom and bad quality of toilet. The receptionists were friendly enough but when we reported to one of them about something broken and need to repair, no one did anything. Even when we told one of them the room need to be cleaned before certain time, but nothing happened. Well, the best of the hotel is the breakfast: great options, great service and tidy environment. This is also the only reason we might go back again…

We loved this hotel! When you enter it seems like something out of a movie. Breakfast is very complete. Offers vegetarian, vegan and even gluten free options! The staff service was excellent too! I want to emphasize the receptionists, especially Tania who did my check in and was very clear. I would definitely return!

My family of 6 had a phenomenal stay at the Radisson Blu in Dublin. The hotel was so elegant and regal. With beautiful fireplaces and high ceilings we enjoyed every moment in the lounge . The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas and the staff were warm and welcoming. Special shoot out to Anthony and Nadine for your kindness and professionalism. The rooms were beautiful and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic. It was a fantastic stay and I highly recommend this hotel. We will return in the summer and only stay at this charming find.

Really nice hotel with great service

We have just returned from a 2 night stay here and we could not recommend this hotel enough. The highlight of the weekend was the staff, they were all so friendly and could not do enough for you. In particular the bar manager with the glasses at the main bar (terrible with names) .He managed everything so well and in a very friendly manner. The food was lovely , the rooms were great and the only downfall for me was that there was no swimming pool but it would still not put us off going here . The hotel itself is gorgeous, the grounds were fabulous and even at winter. We are definitely going to return to this hotel in the summer time.

In a quiet area with easy access to all public transport. Friendly and polite staff from reception, restaurant staff and house keeping. I can confirm it's one of the best hotels in town with a beautiful garden,spacious rooms Accommodates businesses,family vacations,couples or Solo.

The staff were friendly and apologetic, and the hotel itself is charming, but our stay was marred by several frustrating issues. The rooms and bathrooms are in desperate need of an upgrade. The “heater” only blew cold air, and with the telephones not working, we couldn’t call reception. After going to the front desk twice to report the problem, someone was sent to “fix” it, but it still didn’t work. Eventually, we gave up and accepted that the room would remain cold all night. Noise was another problem, with loud guests screaming throughout the night. Additionally, the towels were disappointing; while they had been washed, they were stained with footprints and black marks, which was off-putting. Breakfast was average—the hot food was of poor quality, though the other options were decent, and the coffee was enjoyable. While the staff were kind and tried to address our concerns, the issues we encountered seem to be long-standing based on other reviews. When I brought them up at the front desk, their surprised reaction felt insincere, given how frequently these problems appear to occur. Overall, this is a nice hotel that has potential, but it’s in serious need of a refresh and better maintenance. You might find better hotel options in the same price bracket.
