Radisson SAS in Dublin

I had an amazing work lunch here with a few drinks.. food and service was amazing.. super friendly staff..

It was fantastic experience spending a day and night in St. Helen's hotel. 2 rooms we got were clean, comfortable and classy. Breakfast in the morning with a fantastic service. Gardens are well maintained even in the winter. Christmas decorations made the place magical and the big Christmas tree in the lobby was stunning. Hotel definitely worth recommending.

A very good hotel, especially in terms of its setting and gardens. The hotel is showing its age, but the rooms remain comfortable, although somewhat dated. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful. It's well-served by buses (E1 and E2) and close to Dublin city center. We've been coming here as a family every Christmas for the past 15 years, and my wife hosts her friends and family in the large lounge with its fireplace or in the pub located in the large conservatory.

Staff are very helpful & accommodating. Location is excellent being just on the edge of the city. Exterior, foyer, reception, bar and restaurant are impressive in their architecture. However this is not a 5 star as advertised, IMO 3-4 star at best. Rooms need renovating, bathrooms are dated & need repair. Heating in our room didn’t work, room was cold & took 4 hours to heat up to an acceptable level (not our first stay). Frustratingly EV chargers don’t work-ALL out of order. The food is good 7/10, breakfast is good particularly when dining in the conservatory. If pitched as a 4 star is good value, but as a 5 star it simply is too far from expectations when compared with others in Dublin

Just wondering why market this hotel as a 5 star? The veneer was very luxurious but when you look at the rooms it will disappoint. We booked a delux room but disappointed overall the bathroom was so poor not even 3 star. The room service was good and the food lovely. Breakfast was ok nothing special the cheese slices were probably on day number 3 as they were starting to curl. Would I go back again - probably not.

I always have a great experience when staying at a Radisson Blu Hotel. I would highly recommend a trip to this hotel. The service is normally great and spot on. Unfortunately we had to wait as our room wasn't ready when we arrived. I have informed the hotel that we will be arriving earlier. But thats not a deal breaker as the whole experience is so much more then just receiving the access card on a timely manner.

Absolute love this hotel wonderful atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable with nice armchairs to just sit and relax. The staff are friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble. I like the food in the bar, very relaxing. Can just sit and chat and enjoy a drink. The breakfast terrific a great selection Definitely will go back again

Hotel is beautiful. Staff was always very helpful and easy to access. The rooms very cleaned and made up daily. Also is located very close to transportion into Center City. Would definitely stay here again if we visit Ireland again.

We recently celebrated our daughter's University Graduation with a family meal in Radisson Blu St.Helen’s, Stillorgan. Everything about this experience was utterly exceptional. The attention to detail was outstanding, Victoria provided us with a beautiful secluded location in the Ballroom Lounge, added little touches like personalised menus, subtle acknowledgement of dietary requirements and displaying cake and balloons so beautifully. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed so warmly and made to feel comfortable and valued. Our wonderful waiter Rian was so efficient and attentive and looked after us all with such a lovely friendly professionalism. The whole family commented on the delicious menu,all beautifully presented and full of flavour. We couldn't have chosen a better place to host this very important family celebration. I want to sincerely thank Victoria, Rian, chefs and staff who all contributed in making our family celebration so incredibly memorable. We are all looking forward to our next family occasion, because we now all know where it will have to take place, thank you St.Helens!

We stayed at Radisson St Helen’s Dublin for 4 nights in October 2025. Beautiful room on fourth floor, with a balcony, cleaned daily with water, teas/coffees, biscuits, towels, toiletries - all topped up daily. Generous breakfast, immaculate service across the hotel, from reception to restaurants to room service. Super comfortable bed, cleaned daily sheets with daily changes or at least it felt like that. Good, free parking and a very easy commute into Dublin City Centre. Will stay here again without hesitation! Thank you Michelle, Lucas and all the staff!
