Rendezvous Restaurant in Letterkenny

Was looking for a place for a business lunch that was central, had parking and had the privacy inside that I needed for the conversations. The Rendezvous had it all. The Food is excellent, I think it's run by a French lady, and it shows. Great attention to detail. The staff are lovely. I always judge a bar/restaurant by it's craft beers and ciders first. The Rendezvous has Stonewell Cider and 9 White Deer, so I knew everything else was going to be great. We just had salads, but they were excellent. We both had Stonewell Non Alcoholic as it was early in the day and we were both driving.

What a surprise! the menu is totally revamped, and everything was delicious. I’d highly recommend trying this place now.

Love the new menu. Food was amazing ⭐️ had the goat cheese and poached pear and the fish tempura. Highly recommend. Staff was great too, very friendly.

The food was lovely. But what made experience better was the waiter, Riley. He didn't rush us, attended when needed, cleared the table as we finished one by one and was extremely friendly! Would definitely visit again. Absolutely great service!.

Lovely bar with good selection of food and beer. They have live music at the weekends too with a good atmosphere.

Cenamos aquí anoche... No había estado aquí durante años y fueron noqueados por el gran espacio luminoso y abierto que han hecho de lo que era un pub poco notable. Su diseñador hizo algunas grandes elecciones de color (paredes, sillas, etc) y el piso, en particular, es espectacular. Reservar fue fácil, en línea y recibí exactamente lo que solicité. Ambas camareras que nos atendieron eran encantadoras. No podía encontrar un menú en línea, así que no estaba preparado para la elección del menú que es tan pequeño. Básicamente era pollo, pescado o hamburguesa de res con patatas fritas. . también un especial de lubina (de la que no soy fan) presumiblemente están probando comida para ver si la demanda está ahí, y esto es lo que quiere la gente que viene por unas copas? ? Creo que un guiso de curry/lasaña/Guiness o algo así sería una adición fácil al menú. Dicho esto, mis hijas de pollo y nuestras dos hamburguesas de ternera eran encantadoras, patatas fritas perfectamente cocinadas y como ventaja, Chef salió con una ensalada para mí (sin que me lo pidieran) ya que había dicho 'no bollo' Pensamos que por sí solo mostró mucha iniciativa e interés genuino. En general, un ambiente de un 'local' donde se puede pasar a tomar una copa / come este lado de la ciudad. Nos encantó y nos quitamos la estrella por una sola razón... ¡solo unas cuantas opciones más de menú, por favor!
