This was by far the best lunch I've ever eaten in Cork - and we are talking about a decade of trying Cork's cuisine! The slow cooked beef was as tender as butter and in perfect composition with the mash and vegetables! Just excellent!

Even though it was St. Patrick's Day and a very busy day, they made sure to make our wedding anniversary even more special with delicious food and attentive service

The Central Bar

19/07/2026: Quiet when we visited but it was 2.30pm.
14/06/2026: Nice, large Irish pub. Looks unassuming from the outside, but is typically Irish inside. Friendly service.
