Riot in Dublin

I went to Riot with my boyfriend recently, and we had a very upsetting experience. We actually go there frequently, so this situation was even more surprising and disappointing for us. When we arrived, the security guard refused to let us in and said he didn’t know us. This didn’t make sense, as we are regular customers and have never had any issues before. Just a few seconds later, other people — white guys — were allowed to enter without any problem. It was very difficult not to feel that we were being treated differently. We don’t understand the reason for denying us entry, and the situation left us feeling uncomfortable, embarrassed, and unwelcome. It honestly made us question whether race played a role in what happened. We hope management takes this seriously and looks into the matter, because loyal customers should not be treated this way.

It's a great place to hangout or go for a drink by yourself, you can feel a little bit of tension if you're not from arrounf there, states , but other than that it was a great experience.

My friends and I absolutely loved the atmosphere at RIOT. From the moment we arrived, the vibe was amazing : great music, a really cool place, and a unique energy that makes you want to stay all night !! The drinks are excellent and well made, you can really tell there’s attention to quality. We were truly charmed by the entire RIOT team ⭐: always smiling, kind, welcoming and genuinely attentive. They make you feel comfortable and at home straight away. Definitely a must-visit spot in Dublin for a great night out. We’ll 100% be back!

A group of 6 of us came through on a Friday night and had a great time upstairs. The music was great, our bartender was so friendly and patient. We definitely will be back

Pretty much standard studenty nar for me. Has some live music on aswell. Usual rip-off Dublin pint prices Atmosphere is good and lively enough. Food is very good i will give them top credit for it. Burgers and chips, wings, onion rings etc. Served on a trap and all delish and a fair price too. Oh and theres a small pool table down stairs. Worth a visit.

Amazing atmosphere & great night but the best thing about it is that I was pretty drunk so I stupidly left my expensive bag & jacket there but when I went back to look for it the Ukrainian guy lev helped me out & they had it behind the bar for me! What a miracle!! So grateful 🙏🏼

Extremely friendly staff, great burgers, and the price-performance ratio is absolutely fantastic. Great place.
