Ristorante Romano in Dublin

Great dinner experience in this restaurant. The pasta was cooked perfectly. Had bruschetta and the prawn cocktail for starters were scrumptious. Early bird menu deal is the best deal in town. For dessert, we went for Tiramisu and it was delicious. The owner himself is nice and friendly.

El restaurante se ve muy bien con un cambio de imagen reciente con una brillante fotografía de ciclismo. Los clientes se agruparon alrededor de la puerta principal para dar la impresión alentadora de estar ocupado y popular. El personal es perfuctory en mi opinión. El menú era pequeño e interesante y la comida era deliciosa. Me impresionó especialmente la pizza de 9 pulgadas con melón y jamón parma por 15 euros La única cosa que hizo girar el péndulo en la dirección equivocada fue el costo de 5 euros de una lata de naranja de 330 ml que lo convirtió en el más caro que hemos encontrado en un restaurante en Irlanda o España, donde ella tomó una bebida similar en cada comida en nuestras últimas vacaciones. Este es un restaurante de buen aspecto que presenta comida bien preparada a sus clientes, pero disparándose en el pie precio de una botella de agua tranquila a las 3. 50 y una pequeña lata de naranja a 5 euros. No es tanto lo que sabemos como lo bien que usamos lo que sabemos.

We decided to try Ristorante Romano. It's located on Caple street. The staff were friendly. I got a prawn Cocktail to start. It was very nice. My son had meatballs and spaghetti. But he didn't think they were cooked enough. He wanted more spaghetti too. My uncle had the Bruschetta for starters. He was surprised it was toasted. He also got spaghetti with pesto. But he didn't think there was enough pesto. For dessert we had a Banana Split. I thought it was refreshing. I also got a Cappuccino too. I thought the staff didn't take our orders properly. They seemed more preoccupied with the cleaning of the restaurant then the people in it. Overall the service wasn't great. I thought they could have been more attentive to their customers. Then they don't serve alcohol either. We asked for Liquors. But they don't have licence to serve alcohol.

Our first time to visit. Warm welcome, excellent service and lovely food. We’ll be back and next time we’ll book window table!! Enjoyed our experience very much.

Great food, quick serve early birds 24,30 € for 3 dish

Party of six people between us we ordered pasta, steaks, pizza. The food was delicious very tasty and freshly cooked service was very good and efficient ..we all agreed we come back and a Big plus very reasonable priced.

Exceptional lunch specials. I had the minestrone and 9” pizza and both were delicious. 14.99 for both is a bargain. Servixe was spot on and no long wait. This will be the lunch treat spot from know on.

Fantástico lugar, visitamos en familia y uno de mis parientes es un poco difícil de complacer italiano sin embargo esta comida era increíble. Compartimos 2 pizzas y una boloñesa de espagueti y estos eran fabulosos, obviamente cocinados frescos. Las pizzas eran de corteza fina y cargadas de fabulosas verduras frescas. Gran relación calidad-precio, buen ambiente y personal muy amable y atento. La opción de una jarra de 50 cl de vino tinto de buena calidad por solo 18€ también fue una gran opción. Definitivamente volveré.
