It was a pleasure to have dealt with Tom. He agreed to meet us on a Saturday morning before Christmas to allow us a viewing of the house that interested us. It was so easy to contact him directly by phone and when the keys were being handed over, it was a lovely touch to receive a card and a bottle of prosecco as well.
