Rooster's Cafe and Farm Shop (Gort) in Gort

Slow service. Hour between first plate to last one of a tabe of 10.

On route from killarney needed a pit stop chose gort at random we had a dog so while walking him came on roosters cafe got a takeaway of coffee and tuna bap the cafe is lovely staff so pleasant and food of high quality and good portions would recommend this cafe without hesitation will make gort our stop off point from now on

Had a lovely meal here, kids loved the pancakes, ended up buying some chocolate before we left from a vast array of products on display

We stopped here on our way to Dublin after visiting the Cliffs of Moher. It was the perfect stop for a long road trip. The food was absolutely delicious and the people were very friendly. After eating, we stopped in the little side shop. The banana bread and salted caramel fudge were especially delicious. It gave us the energy boost we needed to keep on driving. I would definitely come again if I’m in the area!

Stopped here for lunch on way to visit the round tower. I had chicken sandwich the wife had ham and cheese kids had banana bread and pancake stack with bacon. Sandwiches were top notch proper chicken and ham cut with a knife and not a slicer good thick chunks they were fabulous. The pancake stack was also delicious the bacon being particularly good. The banana bread was not as good as the bread my daughter makes herself but nothing ever is 😁. Staff were lovely and attached shop was full of delicious treats

I go there very often and I love it, atmosphere,staff, and food is a pleasant experience
